All information concerning product measurements is included in the product page. As far as possible a measurement table will be offered in size guide, please make sure that is the desired size before ordering.

We mostly work with stock of sizes M and L, although sizes S and XL are also available to buy, sometimes the latter will have to wait a few weeks for us to have stock.

If there has been an error on our part in the stock indicated on the web, we will contact you and try to complete the order as soon as possible. If the estimated time to obtain the stock is not in your agreement, we will refund the money.

Payments and returns

We accept PayPal, Visa and Master Card debit cards.

There is a period of 15 days after the order is received to initiate a claim for a refund or exchange. After this period there will be a return fee, which is 50% of the total value of the order, deducted from the total refund value.

Reasons for return:

  • Defective product. The item shows a manufacturing defect (photographs will be required). In this case, the shipping costs are entirely our responsibility.
  • Wrong size. Since the brand used for the item may vary, the measurements are specified on the page of each item, in this way you can make sure which is the best size before ordering. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer in this case.

Contact us through the contact form, indicate your order number and which items you want to return or exchange. We will get in touch as soon as possible.

If any type of error occurs when making the payment, please contact us and explain what happened, we will try to respond as soon as possible.

Shipping

As a general rule, all orders are shipped on Friday of each week. This means that if an order is placed between Saturday and Thursday, it will not be shipped until the following Friday.

Exceptionally, some shipments may go out earlier, but this will depend on different factors.

Once processed, delivery may take 4-7 working days for domestic shipments and one to three weeks for international shipments.

National shipping is done by registered post (4-7 business days from the date of shipment) will provide a tracking code once the shipment has been made.

The cost of national shipping is € 5.80.

International shipping is done by DHL. We will provide a tracking code once the shipment processed.

The cost of international shipping is € 13.5.

Orders placed in Jerez or Rota may be delivered to your home or a collection point will be organized.

This payment is made at the time of purchase, never at the time of delivery.
